Benedict of Nursia wrote the Rule that monasteries have followed for fifteen centuries. Its daily rhythm is summed up in the Benedictine motto ora et labora: pray and work. The line is that motto as you would say it today.

Two colors. On Black the image is printed in cream and gold. On Gray it is printed in charcoal and deep gold. A small gold Clero mark sits on the back, under the collar.

Size guide

Inches, measured with the shirt laid flat. Chest is measured straight across, armpit to armpit. Sleeve is measured from the center of the back to the end of the sleeve. Measurements can vary by up to 1 in. The fit is relaxed; size down for a closer fit.
