At Clero USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange a product, we’ve made the process simple and transparent.
Return Timeframe
- Online Purchases: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for any reason.
- Defective Products: For items with manufacturing defects, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags, original packaging, and accessories included.
- Items that are opened, damaged by the customer, or past the return period are not eligible.
- Personalized or perishable items (e.g., incense) are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Initiate a return by emailing support@clerousa.com or using the contact form at clerousa.com. Include your order number, reason for return, and, if applicable, photos of the defect.
- Authorization: We’ll provide a return authorization code and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the product in our 100% recycled packaging and ship it using the provided shipping label or a trackable carrier. Items valued over $100 should be shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the item within 5 business days to confirm eligibility.
- Refund or Exchange: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Exchanges or store credit are available, subject to inventory.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/promotional items or gift cards.
Return Costs
- For returns due to customer preference within 30 days, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. There will be a 20% restocking fee.
- For defective items, Clero USA covers return shipping costs.
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or defect.
