A mini devotional kit honoring Nossa Senhora das Lágrimas — Our Lady of Tears — pairing 0.7 oz of lavender resin incense with 6 quick-light charcoal tablets and mini tongs.
The blend is built on lavender at a sustained 4/5 intensity, a soft floral character meant to accompany prayer in moments of sorrow, intercession for the dying, or the recitation of the Chaplet of the Tears that the devotion has carried since the 1929 vision in Brazil. The lavender note keeps the kit calm and contemplative rather than ceremonial.
Our Lady of Tears appeared to Sister Amalia of the Holy Sacrament in São Paulo, Brazil in 1929, and entrusted her with the Chaplet of the Tears, a prayer set against the suffering of those at the hour of death. Sister Amalia spent the rest of her life propagating the devotion from the convent of the Missionary Sisters of Christ the King in Campinas. The chaplet is still prayed widely in Brazil and Portugal today.
